•The Ministry required a strategic plan to enhance pension system sustainability and modernize the pension fund. The plan, spanning 2020-2025, included specific actions and timelines aligned with a long-term vision.

•We developed recommendations for improving planning and budgeting processes, including forecasting models and data quality, were provided. The project also involved assessing current pension schemes, regulatory frameworks, and operational efficiency of the national pension fund, with corresponding recommendations.
