GALANTE PARTNERS CONSULTING Joins "Women in Cyber Georgia: Achievements and Lessons Learned" Conference

On March 19, Women in Cyber (WIC) Georgia hosted the "Women in Cyber Georgia: Achievements and Lessons Learned" event, bringing together members, partners, and beneficiaries to reflect on the progress made in advancing women's participation in cybersecurity. Over the past two years, WIC has been actively fostering opportunities for women in cybersecurity, supporting their professional development, and advocating for greater gender diversity in Georgia’s cyber workforce.

The event featured opening remarks by H.E. Gareth Ward, UK Ambassador to Georgia, who emphasized the importance of gender diversity in cybersecurity and the vital role of women in shaping the future of the industry.

The first session showcased inspiring success stories from WIC-sponsored training programs, mentorships, internships, and certification initiatives, highlighting the impact of partnerships in empowering women across the region. Additionally, panel discussions presented research findings on women's participation in cybersecurity across Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Moldova.

Representing GALANTE PARTNERS CONSULTING, Ilaha Amirbekova actively participated in the event, reinforcing our commitment to fostering diversity, inclusion, and innovation in cybersecurity. As a company dedicated to strategic consulting, we recognize the value of gender diversity in driving progress and innovation within the tech and cybersecurity sectors.

Nata Goderdzishvili, co-founder of WIC, expressed gratitude to participants for their continued support and emphasized WIC’s readiness to expand its network through new collaborations and partnerships.

We extend our appreciation to Women in Cyber Georgia, the UK Government, and the British Embassy Tbilisi for making this impactful event possible. GALANTE PARTNERS CONSULTING remains committed to supporting initiatives that drive positive change in cybersecurity and beyond.
